Garantiefall austauschmotor

servus hab mir letztes jahr ne 04er zx10r gekauft! 4 monate später hatte ich nen Motorschaden! der wurde auf garantie getauscht, der alte motor hatte 30.000km runter der neue hat knapp 16.000 km! nun meinte er zu mir das der neue Motor ne wertsteigerung für mich wäre und ich nen Wertausgleich zahlen solle! kennt sich jemand damit aus??
