Internetgeschwindigkeit ! Jemand Ahnung ?

Hallo !

Ich dachte ich frage mal hier nach., vielleicht hat ja einer Ahnung.

Mein momentaner Internet-Anieter ist Netcologne, dort habe ich eine 6Mbit Verbindung.

Jetzt wollte ich bei denen auf 18Mbit erhöhen, die sagten mir aber das ich dann nur max 9Mbit erhalte.
Muss dann aber trotzdem den 18 Mbit Vertrag nehmen.

Ist das Anbieterabhängig, oder würde ich bei jeden Anbieter max. 9Mbit erhalten ?

Hatte gestern mal bei Congstar angerufen, und die konnten / wollten keine Aussage machen.
Die waren nur in der Lage zu sagen was ich aktuell habe, aber das wusste ich ja schon vorher.
